So I went out to breakfast this morning at a little hole in the wall diner in a no stoplight town in the Virginia countryside. Typical country diner - the kitchen kind of bleeds out into the 'dining' area, the dishwashing machine is on a sink behind the cash register and one wall in the dining area is lined with residential refrigerators.
